| PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER |
Sharon takes only a limited number of custom orders per year. Since the demand is far greater than she can create, custom originals are selected on a first come, first serve basis. If you'ld like to create a custom original through the hands of Sharon Anderson please contact her personally at her toll free number. 1-877-445-4287 She would love to discuss your ideas and details with you.

| There are occasionally opportunities to purchase original Sharon Anderson pieces. These are offerd online in Originals.

| EMAIL REFERENCE PHOTOS
|
| You are welcome to send or email photos for quotes or for reference for Sharon when she creates your remarque or custom order. For sending photos online, please email Sharon first to notify her that you will be emailing photos, then clearly note in the subject line: your name, your invoice number (if you have already ordered), the name and item number of the artwork. If you do not include at least one of these identifying subjects, your email may be deleted as spam and not read. Photos can also be mailed through the post to Sharon, and she is happy to return them to you with your order.

| Full bodied side views are helpful for most projects.
|
| Close up profile face views are also great.
|
| Lighting is important! Your subject can look very different in photos with flash, so try to match the colors in the photo to actual colors if you want the custom artwork to reflect that.

| PAYMENT - WITHIN THE USA |
| For domestic orders within the USA, Sharon accepts checks, money orders and credit card payments.
|
| If your payment by check is returned due to insufficient funds, you will be charged for all bank fees as well as a processing fee.
|
| PAYMENT - INTERNATIONAL
|
| All international payments, regardless of method, must be in US DOLLARS. Sharon accepts International money orders and bank wire transfers for orders over $300.
|
| All International Orders will be required to be paid through money order or wire transfer except for long time established customers. An additional charge of $35.00 will be added to cover bank fees for wire transfers.
|
| All payments must clear before any artwork is mailed out. For more details, see the Order page.
|
| SALES TAX
|
| Purchases shipped within the state of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax. Shipping will be calculated and added to the total order in your invoice.
|
| PACKAGING
|
| All artwork will be packaged with great care to be well protected during shipping. You may have your purchase shipped to a gift recipient and Sharon is happy to include a special gift message for you. Please inform Sharon when placing your order if the item is to be sent as a gift and you would like the receipt kept out.
|
| SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME - WITHIN THE USA |
| When you purchase an item from Sharon's Inventory of items in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 days upon receiving your cleared payment, if not sooner. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped. Most items are shipped Priority Mail through the USPS, and take anywhere from 2-6 days to arrive. . Expedited shipping is available at customer's request, using USPS Express Mail.

| Delivery time for a custom creation will depend on the current line of orders ahead of yours, and the amount of time it takes to complete your particular order. Because the time required for custom, made-to-order original art pieces, shipping times can vary.

| In addition, Sharon is not liable for any loss or damage during shipment. If the order has been insured, and arrives damaged in the mail, the customer will be responsible for making a claim for reimbursement with the USPS. For this reason, Sharon recommends purchasing insurance.
|
| Please notify Sharon if your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame or arrives damaged. If possible, take a photo of the damaged package, and keep all packing materials for insurance claim purposes.
|
| SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME - INTERNATIONAL |
| Shipping times outside of the USA can be unpredictable, and Sharon is unable to estimate any time frame beyond what the USPS is able to provide as typical guidelines for your country. Many factors play into the delivery when packages travel overseas, so please allow plenty of time for your order if you are ordering from outside of the USA. International custom orders valued at $300 will only be shipped through Express Mail International for more secure delivery.

| PRIVACY POLICY |
| Your security and privacy are of the utmost importance at SharonAndersonArt.com.

| Information received from you, including your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number is always kept confidential. This information is used only for order fulfillment, billing, and shipping purposes. Your private information is never shared with anyone else.

| RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS POLICY
|
| Sharon creates every custom order just for you with great attention to your specific requests. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned, as they were made exclusively for the customer.
|
| If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you can do so at any time BEFORE Sharon has started creating your order. Your canceled order will be refunded minus 10% for rescheduling fees.
|
| For refunds on non-custom items, meaning any item purchased from Sharon's INVENTORY, you may send the item back within 7 days of receiving it if you are not 100% pleased.
|
| Any damaged, altered, used/worn items are not eligible for return or refund.
|
| Original shipping charges are not refundable. To receive a refund, please return item(s) in their original state and be sure to use an appropriate mailing box with padding to prevent damage in transit. Please use an insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Sharon can not and will not be responsible for item(s) that you send that are lost or damaged in transit.

| All custom orders are photographed at the time the order is filled for shipping for insurance purposes, and a copy of the photo can be emailed to the customer upon request. (Please note that once your order is completed, no changes can be made to the piece.
